Do you want to return or exchange something? No problem!

Please go to our Returns Portal and follow the steps there. 

No refunds on custom orders 

 

Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must

  • Return items within 90 days of your order being shipped;
  • Return items unused, with the tags on, in the same condition you received it, and within the original packaging (in re-sellable condition);
  • Ensure the items are packed up properly to avoid any damages during shipping


Refunds

You have two choices for your refund:

  1. Keep the shirt and get an immediate 50% refund. If you'd like to go with this option, please send an email to Ozfishingshirts@gmail.com, including your order number and the shirt(s) for which you want to receive a 50% refund.
  2. Return the shirt and receive a complete refund.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days. 

All Custom orders will not be refunded, so please make sure you choose correctly 

Note. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Check your bank account again. 

Step 2: Contact your bank - there is often a processing time before a refund is posted
